Het huis was ruim genoeg voor onze familie maar het had wat achterstallig onderhoud. De wifi was van slechte kwaliteit waardoor werken vanuit deze vakantiewoning moeizaam ging. Verder was de 400 m afstand van de kabelbaan niet realiseerbaar omdat die gesloten was. Daardoor moesten wij met kleine kinderen eerst met een bus naar een andere kabelbaan.

Chalet au calme très bien situé, bien équipé, avec un accueil agréable. Très confortable pour 11 personnes. Malgré quelques équipements défectueux (lunette de toilette casée !). Contact local agréable cependant ne répondant que de façon intermittente.

Heel fijn en confortabel huis. Keuken was nieuw ingericht en gebreken van het vorig jaar was opgelost. Opmerking: Geef bij de info map aan hoe je het afval moet scheiden en war je oudpapier kwijt kunt. Dit is in zwitserland werkelijk een zoekplaatje zodat je het maar ergens bij gooit.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, wollen trotzdem auf kleine Mängel hinweisen: GS -unterer Einsatz defekt; Dusche im OG - Duschwände nicht voll schießbar->Wasserlacken; Skischuhtrockner anfangs kalt - vom Verwalter gerichtet; Einige Glühbirnen kaputt -> vom Verwalter gerichtet; Matratze im UG, li. Zimmer durchgelegen; aber sonst ok, Verwalter sehr bemüht.

Schönes Haus in toller, ruhiger und zentraler Lage in Lauterbrunnen mit schönem Ausblick. Die Küche und Bäder bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung. Die Küchenmöbel sind stark abgenutzt, im Backofen hängt die Heizspirale herunter, den Gefrierschrank im Keller haben wir verschmutzt vorgefunden. Im Bad im OG lief das Wasser nicht im Waschbecken ab und in der Küche spritzte der Wasserhahn in alle Richtungen. Die letzten beiden Dinge wurden während unseres Aufenthalts beseitigt. Die anderen nicht.

The location of this home is beyond compare! Yes, it is a very short walk, up and down a steep street, to the center of Lauterbrunnen, which makes it extremely convenient, but what puts this home above others is the unobstructed view from the back of the house. It’s almost surreal and you leave feeling very fortunate to have experienced such beauty! The home is very well equipped for families or large groups and is in a quiet part of town. However, future guests should BE AWARE that there is no longer a sofa bed provided in one of the bedrooms, as it is clearly depicted in the pictures, and in the description of the home. Since this was a family reunion trip, we had various ages and genders that we needed sleeping accommodations for. Even though we had the allotted 12 person capacity, we were still counting on having a sofa bed, where a younger child could sleep in the same room with her parents. Upon arriving and discovering that there was no sofa bed, we did call the host immediately, and they did provide us with a fold up bed the next day, but only after repeatedly saying that they were not responsible for providing a backup bed to the sofa bed, since technically the house still had enough beds to accommodate 12 people. But in our case, that would have meant our 12 year old niece would have to sleep with her 26 year old male cousin in one double bed. It is worth noting that the host admitted that the sofa bed had been broken and out of the house for several months, however, no one informed us of this change. Also, as others have mentioned in previous reviews, we too experienced plumbing problems with the shower drains being clogged. On both issues, the host did what they could to resolve the problems eventually. I would also like to mention, that before we arrived, we had asked for an extra hairdryer, which was there waiting for us. With such a large group, all from the United States, it was very nice to have an additional hairdryer with the correct voltage. Thank you! Overall, this home is in a great central location, well equipped to accommodate a large group and comes with postcard views!

Das Haus ist grosszügig und schön gelegen. Leider hat es viele Sachen, die nicht funktionnieren. z.B ist der Abfalleimer nicht befestigt, so dass er jedesmal rauskippt beim Abfallwegwerfen. Im Badezimmer oben fehlte der Spiegel, auch hat es keinen Schlüssel. Die Duschglastüre ist nicht dicht, es entsteht eine Wasserlache beim Duschen, der Duschkopfhalter ist nicht gut befestigt und wackelt. Beim Backofen fällt die eineSeitenschiene raus, es fehlt eine Oese oder was...... Kontakt schlecht.

Die bemängelten Stellen wurden zwischenzeitlich repariert, vielen Dank für das Feedback. Während der Hauptsaison, wenn das Haus durchgehend belegt ist, ist es leider schwieriger, Reparaturen durchzuführen. Aber wir versichern, dass nun alles wieder in Ordnung ist. Sehr gemütliche und charmante Unterkunft mit ein, zwei kleinen abstellbaren Makeln! Oben im Badezimmer fehlte der Spiegel, und die Dichtung der Dusche müsste nachgeschaut werden. Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche hat hier und da schon ein paar Macken. Aber ansonsten absolut Empfehlenswert! Lage im Ort ist wirklich top! Ca. 5-8 min zu Fuß zur Bergbahn. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, und würden Sie erneut buchen!

Three generations visiting Switzerland and this Chalet was just perfect! Amazing unspoilt views down the valley and to several waterfalls. Lauterbrunnen is a busy hub but this Chalet about 100m up from Main Street and was peaceful. Sleeping accommodation and bathrooms on all three levels worked really well for us, as did the large open plan living space. Really well equipped although could do with a couple more serving dishes. More clarity on refuse arrangements would have been helpful too!

Big chalet, 5-7 minutes walk to the train station taking you up to Wengen. Very well equipped, fireplace, barbecue on the terrace. Well heated. We spent a very good week. It is rather expensive, ideally for 2-3 families to share.

The house is very nice and sweet. It really represents a warm home after straining skiing. It is well equipped with the exception of lights - in some rooms this is missing or the lightening is poor.

Ce chalet est confortable, propre et bien aménagé avec tout le confort nécessaire. Il a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes et permis à nos trois familles de vivre ensemble en ayant chacun notre intimité grâce aux trois salles d'eau/wc et chambres distribuées sur trois étages différents. Situé à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants et de la gare, il permet de profiter de cette belle région à pieds ou à vélos. Parcage est un peu délicat (route en pente et peu d'espace de manoeuvre).

De woning is oud. Alles kraakt en piept. Er zijn veel beschadigingen in de woning. Woning is ook erg vuil. Trapleuningen, deurklinken en handvaten zijn kleverig. Vloeren zijn erg plakkerig en vuil. Deze woning is ons tegengevallen en verhouding prijs/kwaliteit is totaal zoek.

We have been assured by our local colleagues that the property is always thoroughly and professionally cleaned and the only signs of stickiness is due to the natural wood that together forms the floors and handrails. Due to use over time, there can be small cracks in the paint where small drops of sap may come through. This is however the normal aging process and we ensure that the house is in a good and homely condition.

Chalet très agréable pour deux familles. Il est bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Les lits sont assez grands et bons. La cuisine est fournie en produits de premières nécessité. Les salles de bains sont rénovées, l’ameublement est moderne. Il est très bien situé, au calme et proche de toutes les activités de la région. On peut aller à pied à la gare de Lauterbrunen qui est une gare de départ pour toutes les destinations.

Alles einwandfrei. Super für grössere Familien oder auch Gruppen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Einziger Mangel: Duschbrausen müssten ersetzt werden. Und Racelette Offen auch. Eine Seite heizte nicht mehr richtig und es fehlten die Schaber. Umgebung war mit Zigarettenstummel übersäht vom Vormieter. War wohl erst durch Schneeschmelze sichtbar geworden.

Das Haus liegt im Zentrum von Lauterbrunnen mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Staubbachfall. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind für eine grosse Gruppe ausgerichtet und es hat ausreichend Platz.
